Brown Exterminating was founded in 1972, by C.B. Knox. We are experts at protecting structures from termites and maintaining pest free environments in homes and businesses.

The Shenandoah Valley Division of the Brown Exterminating Co., is managed by Bryan Knox. The division was originally established in 1998 by Tim Knox who sadly passed away in 2010.

Bryan Knox started working for Brown Exterminating when it was founded and serviced the Roanoke Va. area and later managed the Fumigation Division that covered the entire east coast. In 1986 he achieved a degree in advertising and marketing and left the business to work in advertising agencies in Chicago. From Chicago he handled the marketing efforts for the Brown Exterminating Company's Shenandoah Valley Division and other companies.

In the summer of 2014 he joined the family business again, on the business end. Bryan and his family moved into the area to manage the Shenandoah Valley Division of Brown Exterminating. They look forward to being active in the community and provide top notch pest control services as Brown Exterminating has done for over 40 years.
